The Genres of Liz BlackX: Bimbofication
Back when Tumblr was still Tumblr and would allow ‘female presenting nipples,’ I was an avid visitor of this website, and I loved scrolling through the pictures available. After a while, I noticed how I would see more and more bimbos passing through my feed. It tickled my curiosity. Was this a new hype? Were these women all glamour-models? Was it a fetish in itself?
And most importantly I wondered, why on Earth would you want to be like this? I mean, no offense, but I could not fathom why you would want to take on a role like this. What I saw was the drive to act dumber than you are, to look pretty and placing your Dominant’s needs before all else. So with this in mind, I started investigating.
Book Smart
My life has always been about intelligence. I was raised in an environment of learning, books, culture, and museum visits. It was a lifestyle that both my parents deemed very important and have cultivated in my life. They bought me books, they read to me and have always encouraged me when I wanted to learn something.
Related to this, I think, is my sapiosexuality. I will only feel attracted to you when you show some sort of intelligence. It’s not that I get turned on when I hear intricate words pronounced, but I need to be able to spar with you in a conversation on a similar level to mine.
So to me, it’s tough to grasp how you could fetishize about pretending to be less smart than you in reality are.
Positive Dress-up
One hypothesis of mine is that enjoying the bimbo lifestyle is simply because some women like to dress up, to make themselves pretty. Being a bimbo is for about fifty percent about looks, about wearing a cute, tight outfit and wear matching make-up.
Again, this is something I cannot relate to at all. I feel most comfortable wearing a hoodie, t-shirt, and jeans. Not the pretty feminine type bimbos strive for.
And yet there is something to the bimbo lifestyle that does appeal to me. I get the sense that it’s a positive way of living, where you focus on being joyful and creating a welcoming atmosphere for your Dominant. In theory, you have fewer responsibilities because your Dominant will take care of you. And being positive is not per se a strength of mine.
Ultimate Submission
In the end, I surmised the bimbo lifestyle into one concept: ultimate submission. In my view, the perfect bimbo is also the perfect submissive. In order to please her Dominant, she makes herself pretty, she is a pleasant companion, and she heeds his every wish. She does not let herself be troubled by everyday life, instead, she giggles and smiles and focuses on her servitude.
Bimbofication Rules!
I love using this trope in my writing. I love starting with an innocent girl and then turning her into the perfect bimbo either by behavior modification or through bimbofication hypnosis. In my mind, these stories always have a happy ending, because the bimbo girl is satisfied with her life in servitude and her Dominant is pleased with his docile sub girl.
It may not be a lifestyle for me personally, but I love exploring the theme in fiction. And yes, I could take home a thing or two…
