Song Lyric Sunday – Paradise by the Dashboard Light – Meatloaf

It was a hard find this week. I went over several options, considered several other songs, but not one I really liked. Until I saw this song had ‘forever’ in the lyrics. Finally, I had the answer on what to post this week!

‘Paradise by the Dashboard Light‘ is one of my all-time favourite songs. It was released before I was born, but I, like the rest of the world, love singing this song along. I love the way it’s sung, the interaction between the male and female singer. Every year, I make sure to vote for this song with the Top 2000 for radio 2 in The Netherlands.
It’s just a fantastic number to sing along to (when home alone :p)
